Videos

The Videos page on Cochrane Connect is designed to allow you to share your videos about Cochrane and people and business that make it tick! If you have a video that you would like to share, here’s how you do it:

1. The first thing you need to do is log in to your YouTube account. If you don't have a YouTube account, you can get one by clicking here (http://www.youtube.com/create_account)

2. Once you are logged in to YouTube, upload your videos using the instructions provided by YouTube.

3. After you upload the video, it will ask you to add "tags" to the video. This is the KEY and IMPORTANT step! Make sure you "tag" the video with the term: cochraneab

Give it a few minutes (it takes some time for Cochrane Connect to recognize your video and grab it). Once Cochrane Connect recognizes the cochraneab tag your video will appear on the site!

Twitter

The Cochrane Connect Twitter page contains tweets with all important cochraneab tag. Here's how you get your Cochrane tweets on Cochrane Connect.

1. You can log in to your Twitter account right on the Cochrane Connect Twitter page. If you don't have a Twitter account, you can get one by clicking here (http://twitter.com/)

2. Once you are logged in at the Cochrane Connect Twitter page, you can tweet the exact same way you would from any Twitter client. There is no need to add the #cochraneab hashtag when you tweet right from Cochrane Connect. Everything you tweet there will automatically show up in the Twitter feed.

3. If you are tweeting from a Twitter client outside of Cochrane Connect, just make sure you add the #cochraneab hashtag to see your tweets in the Cochrane Connect Twitter feed.

Photos

The Photos page on Cochrane Connect is a place where you can share your Cochrane Alberta photographs with everyone! Here's how you do it:

1. The first thing you need to do is log in to your Flickr account. If you don't have a Flickr account, you can get one by clicking here. (http://www.flickr.com/)

2. Once you are logged in to Flickr, upload your favourite Cochrane photos using the instructions provided by Flickr.

3. After you upload the photo, it will ask you to add "tags" to the photo. This is the IMPORTANT part! Make sure you "tag" the photo with cochraneab.

Give it a few minutes (it takes a few minutes for Cochrane Connect to recognize your photo and grab it). Once Cochrane Connect recognizes the cochraneab tag, your Cochrane photo will be displayed for all to see!

**If you do not have a flickr account you can still e-mail your photos (limit 4 at a time) to photos@cochraneconnect.com to have them show up on Cochrane Connect. Simply put the title of the photo in the subject line of the email and a short description in the body of the message.
